How do I access Enhanced Card Controls?

Gives cardholders a variety of restriction and alert choices which strengthens fraud detection and prevention.

You can find this listed under the card within both the app and online.

Where do I find the ChoiceOne Money Manager?

ChoiceOne’s Money Manager lets users categorize transactions and add accounts from multiple institutions into a single view. It also includes data visualizations such as spending trends, budgets and net worth. You can find Money Manager on mobile under the flyout menu, labeled Money Manager.

Within Online Banking, you will find Money Manager by:

  1. Select an Account.

Where can I find Basic Statements?

Basic Statements are not available within the new Online Banking platform.

eStatements are available, as well as transaction history.

If you need to access Basic Statements, they can be found within the Classic Business Sign In.

Where do users enter their Symantec VIP Token credentials?

The new Online Banking uses Authy and/or text verification for 2FA security.

Symantec VIP is still used for ACH and Wire customers when they login to the Classic Business Sign In.

Where do business users send ACH and Wires?

Business users should use the Classic Business Sign In to process ACH and Wires.

This will bring them into the Classic Online Banking experience.

Does the new Online Banking platform work with third-party accounting/payroll software and the integrations they have with them?

The new Online Banking platform is compatible with third-party services.

How do you access the Full Bill Pay experience, similar to what I had before?

New Online Banking Users can select the Manage Payees button found under the Payments tab.

Upon clicking this button, the full Bill Pay site launches.

How can business users access a full Bill Pay experience?

Business users can access the full Bill Pay by logging in with the Classic Business Sign In.

Do I need to setup a new password to use the new online banking?

The same username and password they used previously, will continue to work on the upgraded platform.

Where is the data from former Laketone Bank & Trust Compass users in Money Manager?

We are in the process of transferring any information that was previously set up in your Lakestone PFM to your ChoiceOne PFM. Once this transfer is complete you will be able to view any features and external accounts that were previously set up within Money Manager.

We caution you to not start using Money Manager until the records have been transferred. Any information you input will be written over with your previously entered Compass information.

We estimate two weeks of internal testing and an approximate live date for Tuesday, September 8.

Can I use Internet Explorer?

Internet Explorer is not recommended. When you attempt to login, you will receive a message notifying you that a browser upgrade is needed.

They may be able to successfully login and user internet banking, but Chrome will provide more stability.

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial Banks to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.

What this means for you:
When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We must also ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying documents.

Online Applications are available for residents of our service area including Kent, Newaygo, Muskegon, Ottawa, Montcalm, Oceana, Osceola, Ionia, Mecosta, Lake, Allegan, and Barry Counties in Michigan.
