Our Treasury Management solution offers flexible options, including ACH, online domestic wires, and online international wires. Transactions posted after the times listed may process on the next business day.

How can I add a new user or manage my current users?

  • Users with Full Admin rights can manage and add users from the Admin tab in the top menu options.

Where do business users send ACH and Wires?

  • ACH and Wires transfers are found under the Payments tab across the top menu options

Can I send a same day ACH payment?

  • Yes, you can send a same day ACH payment until 11:00 a.m. Same day ACH only applies to Credit transactions.

How do I sign up for a Symantec VIP Token credentials?

How do I increase my ACH limit?

  • ACH Limits can be requested via email on company letterhead from a signer on the business account or by sending a message using the online banking messaging option. If approved, the increase can be made available within the same day.

Can I set up a Seasonal ACH Limit?

  • Seasonal ACH Limits can be setup when a new or updated Treasury Management contract is signed. Seasonal ACH Limits are a convenient way to adjust limits on a yearly basis due to seasonal workers or end-of-year bonuses that may go above your defined ACH limit.

    What this means for you:
    When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We must also ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying documents.
