What options do I have for receiving my bank statements?

There are two options for receiving your bank statements. You can either choose to receive them by mail or electronically.

If you choose to receive them by mail, they will get mailed to you at the end of each month. There is a $3 fee for paper statements.

If you choose to receive them electronically you can enroll right through your online banking. You select the “E-Statements” tab. Then, choose “Sign Up/Changes”. There you can select a check box next to the account you would like to enroll, and select “Save Settings”. Enrolling in e-statements also waives the $3 paper statement fee.

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial Banks to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.

What this means for you:
When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We must also ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying documents.

Online Applications are available for residents of our service area including Kent, Newaygo, Muskegon, Ottawa, Montcalm, Oceana, Osceola, Ionia, Mecosta, Lake, Allegan, and Barry Counties in Michigan.
