ChoiceOne Bank Launches New Interactive Website

Sparta, MI (March 6, 2017) – ChoiceOne Bank recently launched a redesigned website with improved accessibility and functionality to help a growing customer base achieve their financial goals. The website also enhances the personality of the community bank and the services offered to West Michigan.

“As we continue to grow ChoiceOne Bank throughout West Michigan, we are mindful of our larger, more diverse consumer base,” said President and CEO Kelly Potes. “We realize consumers today demand a customer experience that allows them to bank at their convenience from any mobile device or walk into a branch office for personal service. Our new website gives everyone more opportunity to seek the experience and information they require at a moment in time.”

Consumers will find a more consistent experience whether they visit the website from their desktop, smartphone or tablet. The new website still includes chat support during business hours, mobile account login access, and the ability to apply for a consumer loan and home mortgage and open a checking account all from the convenience of a smart device, anytime, anywhere.

“As technology advances in the financial world, we want to make sure we are meeting our customers’ financial needs – that includes services that are educational, convenient, and accessible – in our branch offices and on the internet,” said Potes. “With nearly 120 years of serving the families and businesses in West Michigan, we continue to position ChoiceOne Bank as a leader in serving our customers at their convenience.”
