“We are thrilled for Sarah and are excited to be a part of this major accomplishment,” said ChoiceOne Bank CEO Kelly J. Potes “I hope students nationwide will check out Sarah’s video as it delivers important financial lessons in a format that is equal parts educational and entertaining. This was an incredible opportunity for teens to engage and educate each other on the value of saving money and creating healthy money habits.”

As the 3rd-place winner, Sarah will receive a cash prize of $1,000 to fund her savings goal. In addition, an educator from Sarah’s school will be awarded a scholarship to Jump$tart’s National Educator Conference this fall in Atlanta.

Lights, Camera, Save!, now in its 12th year, is a national contest that encourages teens ages 13-18 to communicate the value of sound money management in a 30-second or less video. This free competition is one of ABA Foundation’s most popular financial education initiatives. For more on the contest, visit www.LightsCameraSave.com.
