Lindsay Spitler joins ChoiceOne with 26 years of commercial banking experience with a community bank, regional bank and national bank all within the Grand Rapids market. She began her career as a Credit Analyst and has held positions as Vice President, Government Guaranteed Lending Specialist; Vice President, Business Banking Relationship Manager; Vice President, SBA Business Development Officer to her most recent position as Vice President, Commercial Credit Underwriter.

Spitler has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo, with concentrations in Accounting and Finance. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) through Central Michigan University, Mount Pleasant, with a major in Finance. Spitler also has the National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders Certification. In addition, Spitler has graduated from several commercial lending programs through the Michigan Bankers Association and various communications, sales and networking courses through Nancy Skinner & Associates, now part of Varnum Consulting LLC.

Active in her community, Spitler is a Junior Achievement Champion and volunteer for over 20 years. She is a Board Member and Secretary for Lions & Rabbits Center for the Arts, a Founding Board Member of Women’s Lead Network for Grand Rapids since 2018, and a Member of inForum West Michigan since 2009.
