ChoiceOne Bank Welcomes Caroline Brennan, Scott Falconer, Nick Kaczmar, Lee Mann, Mindy Linebaugh, Joseph Stanley, Matt Wiesenauer

Caroline (Carrie) Brennan, Human Resource Officer, SPHR – All Markets

Brennan joins ChoiceOne as a Human Resources professional with over 12 Years of progressive experience working with several companies in West Michigan. Brennan has a Bachelor of Science in Merchandising Management from Michigan State University, East Lansing. She also has her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI®), headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia.

Scott Falconer, Mortgage Loan Officer – East Market

Falconer joins ChoiceOne with 25 years of experience as a Mortgage Lender. Working with several banks and mortgage loan companies over the course of his career, Falconer has been a top producer forging new relationships with local Realtors and bringing new mortgage loan programs to the Detroit market. Falconer studied business at Oakland University, Rochester Hills.

Nick Kaczmar, Vice President, Commercial Lender – East Market

Kaczmar joins ChoiceOne with over 30 years of commercial banking experience. Kaczmar has progressed through his career holding various roles including Credit Manager, Portfolio Manager, Workout Officer and Lending Officer. Kaczmar has a Master of Science in International Business from Central Michigan University, Mount Pleasant and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Walsh College, Troy. He has been a member of Chaldean American Chamber of Commerce for 20 years.

Lee Mann, Vice President, Wealth Advisor – Central Market

Mann joins ChoiceOne with over 35 years of experience in Michigan banking, from small community banking to a large regional institution. Most recently, Lee served as Vice President and Wealth Advisor with a regional bank where she was the advisor for high and ultra-high net worth clients and their families

throughout the Great Lakes Bay Region. Mann can assist families with individually tailored plans to help achieve their financial goals. From everyday money management to customized investment strategies and assistance with trust and estate planning, she can help clients grow, retain, and transition wealth. Mann volunteers with the Midland Area Community Foundation supporting Senior Dinners as part of their programs to address food insecurity and social isolation among older adults. She is a 2022 graduate of Leadership Midland through the Midland Chamber of Commerce and also participates in Midland Blooms.

Mindy Linebaugh, Vice President, Commercial Lending – West Market

Linebaugh joins ChoiceOne with 24 years of banking experience with several regional banks. She has held positions as Credit Analyst, Private Banking Officer and her most recent position as Vice President, Regional Banking. Linebaugh has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance and Economics from Western Michigan University's Haworth College of Business, Kalamazoo. Linebaugh has served as the Treasurer for the Children’s Advocacy Center – Ottawa County for the last 13 years and is active in the Spring Lake Middle School Parents Club.

Joseph Stanley, Vice President, Mortgage Sales Manager – East Market

Stanley joins ChoiceOne with over 30 years of banking experience with several regional and community banks. Most of Stanley’s career has been focused on actively recruiting, training and managing mortgage lending teams. He has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Oakland University, Rochester Hills and a Bachelor of Arts in Financial Administration from Michigan State University, East Lansing. Stanley is an active member and former Treasurer of the Rochester Women’s Council of Realtors.

Matt Wiesenauer, Vice President, Senior Portfolio Manager – East and Central Markets

Wiesenauer joins ChoiceOne with more than 28 years of experience delivering comprehensive investment, planning, and financial solutions to clients. His last position was Regional Market Manager for the Northern Michigan Region with a large regional bank. Wiesenauer has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Ferris State University, Big Rapids and his Associate in Banking Management from Delta College, University Center. He is also licensed in Life, Health, and Accident insurance. Wiesenauer is a member of the Great Lakes Bay Economic Club and the Saginaw Valley State University Scott L. Carmona College of Business Advisory Board.
